Returns & Exchanges


After receiving your order, you have 5 business days to request a return. If you are unhappy with your order, Shop Super Street will issue a refund for regular priced merchandise that meets the conditions below:

  • Returned items must have all original tags attached.
  • Returned items must not be worn, damaged, altered, or washed.
  • Footwear must not be worn, scuffed, or marked.
  • Return and exchange items must include the original designer packaging: shoe box, dust bag, jewelry box, and/or bags.
  • All sale items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • All transactions discounted 20% or more are final sale.
  • Final sale items include all objects (lighters, stationary, skateboards, etc.) earrings, SALE items, lingerie, and swimwear.

To return an order, please contact info@shopsuperstreet.com and you will receive a return shipping label. Please note that we deduct the return shipping fee from your refund as well as the initial shipping costs. We can only return your item from the address it was originally shipped to. We are not responsible for packages after reaching their destination (this includes freight forwards and other 3rd party shipping companies). 

Refunds are issued once the merchandise has undergone a quality control check. Shop Super Street has the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.
